Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on International Voice Process (preferably).
Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Proficiency in English language is essential; additional languages an added advantage.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Only Immediate Joiners are required.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle international outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in sales performance metrics.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated sales strategist with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our team! You'll be instrumental in helping to onboard new merchants, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it! Domain experience required (but not restricted to) - Travel, Entertainment, Insurance/Mortgage (International ONLY), IT Hardware, Hotel Room Sales/F&B Sales (International ONLY).
